Q&a
Dear Students,
I would like to kindly remind everyone of the importance of maintaining the agreed-upon schedule for our sessions. I reserve specific times exclusively for each student, as this arrangement is often more convenient for you to have certain time for the Russian language.
It also supports consistent practice, which is essential for language learning and for making significant progress in Russian. Once these time slots are taken, I am unable to offer them to other students as a long-term option. As my calendar is typically booked a month in advance, I rely on the expectation that these slots will be kept.
When frequent cancellations or rescheduling occur, particularly from a significant number of students and without at least 24 hours' notice, it can cause major disruptions to my schedule. Such disruptions not only result in a loss of valuable time, but they also prevent me from planning other commitments and lessons. More importantly, they compromise the effectiveness of maintaining a full-time teaching schedule and severely impact the stability of my professional commitments.
I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and I will always do my best to accommodate your needs. However, I kindly ask for your cooperation in providing adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling, and to please be mindful of the frequency of changes, so that we can maintain a smooth and productive learning experience for everyone.
Thank you for your understanding and for being considerate of the time I have set aside for our sessions. I truly value the opportunity to work with each of you.
